Job Description
Manage procurement of goods and services essenƟal for smooth hotel operaƟons.
IdenƟfy, evaluate, and negoƟate with vendors to ensure cost-effecƟve and Ɵmely supply.
Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specificaƟons and quanƟƟes.
Coordinate with hotel departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office) to fulfill
purchase requirements.
Monitor delivery schedules and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain updated records of purchases, pricing, and vendor contracts.
Assist in inventory control and support periodic stock audits.
Ensure adherence to hotel procurement policies and maintain confidenƟality of vendor
agreements.
